As of this date we have reopened and are using extra care and hygiene measures for our guests. We will remain open until directives from the Moroccan government and health authorities state otherwise.


COVID-19 Cancellations
We are very aware that life, especially in the travel world, is constantly changing and in flux regarding this virus. Given these changes and the realities of travel today, we have adjusted our policies.

Our current situation is as follows;
Because we operate very small group tours it is very important that we have an accurate count ahead of time. When you purchase your ticket we highly recommend you also have travel insurance. If you are worried that you may need to cancel your tour please review this and consider purchasing.

Our current cancellation policy is as follows;

Tours may be rebooked or a voucher issued if there is 24-72 hours before the tour.
If there is 24 hours or less before the tour, no refund or voucher will be issued.

If you would like to postpone or convert to a voucher for future use you may do this at any time and we truly appreciate it when guests do this.

If you need to cancel and your tour is 72 hours or more away we will issue a refund.
